Although the conditions were less than ideal, Air Quality Controllers is glad to have been able to help with this unique air duct cleaning. Although we normally only remove dust, allergens, and mold from residential air ducts, we understand accidents happen. Small pets and rodents can become trapped in vents and need to be removed. We were more than happy to help this family out of a situation without causing alarm to their children. Our technicians used proper sanitizer to make sure no diseases would be spread through the ducts.

"They were amazing. This is the busy time, but worked to creatively find ways to help us. My son's beloved hamster died in the vent. The smell was horrible. I had numerous conversations with the owner, who went out of his way to help us since they had no openings for 3 weeks. However, he felt confident that someone would cancel and they could fit us in. Indeed, in 3 business days they were here taking care of everything. The two men who arrived were professional, respectful and very sensitive to the unique situation. My children were present, but unaware that it was the hamster that was causing the smell. The men understood this and were soooo kind to my kids. They did the job without complaint and only charged us an extra $10 for sanitizing. I couldn't have been more pleased. The owner even called the men several times wanting to know if they had been successful in retrieving the body. I highly recommend this company."
